Let’s Bake Something Beautiful Together

About
Tree Trunk Bakery

Hi, I’m Serena Irons, the heart and hands behind Tree Trunk Bakery. I started this journey in 2021, shortly after my daughter was born. My love for cake decorating began in 2019 at Merritt’s Bakery, and on New Year’s Day 2021, I baked my very first cake at home — a moment that sparked a dream. Soon after, I worked at the Coffee House on Cherry Street, learning the craft and community spirit that inspire my baking today.

Baking from home allows me to homeschool my daughter while doing what I love most. Every cake I create is infused with vintage piping artistry and unique flavors inspired by the special requests of my customers. I pour my heart and soul into every detail, treating my bakery like my own child — nurturing, growing, and always striving to do my best.

Born and raised in Broken Arrow, I graduated from Glenpool High School in 2016. My roots here run deep, and it means the world to me to serve this community with delicious, handcrafted cakes and treats.

2025 has been an incredible year for Tree Trunk Bakery — I launched my website, participated in my first wedding show, catered events, and celebrated over 100 cakes made this year alone. Just last year, one cake a month felt like a big accomplishment, and I wasn’t sure how to reach more customers. The journey has been full of growth, learning, and joy, and I’m so excited for what’s next.

Thank you for stopping by and supporting a Native American woman-owned bakery. Every cake is a story — and I’d love to help tell yours.
